I have always done my taxes myself. But since becoming self employed my taxes became more complicated. I decided it was best to let the professionals handle my taxes, and it was the best decision! They walked me through everything that we could use to get me the best deductions possible. I walked away very satisfied with their tax services and plan on becoming a repeat customer!

We chose Money Matters this year to do our taxes with all the changes with tax laws. We could not have been happier with our return! All the girls in the office were nothing but nice and welcoming! Kim is the one who prepared our return and she is not only knowledgeable but so sweet while doing them. The girls in the office played with our little boy while we were waiting. We could not have asked for a better experience. HIGHLY recommend this business!! The welcoming atmosphere as well as the reasonable prices will for sure keep us as returning customers!

Paid for monthly book keeping- was suppose to receive copies monthly per our emails but no later than quarterly to ensure accuracy. Requested multiple times and never received copies, was finally emailed by Kim stating she is not going to respond to every email when we called and requested copies after multiple months of trying to obtain them. Denied the records that we paid for, for 7 months. We call again 5 days before our taxes were due to request copies to ensure accuracy prior to filing- still received nothing. Spoke to Ashley who did not apologize for the services being extremely delayed but instead attempted to blame it on our communication, finally during the weekend Ashley attempted to get our books caught up but still did not send them to us, instead sent us a tax report asking if accurate - however it was not and there was little to no explanation on her coding. After multiple back and forth emails Ashley stated “I’m not going back and forth about what was and was not done I just want this off my desk”, then stated she spent her entire weekend getting things done and she will not be correcting anything. This is after we spend 17 hours doing our own books and sending her copies since her tax estimate reports were wrong. Had our books been completed monthly, been reconciled for accuracy with us as stated and paid for- neither of our weekends would have been wasted.

Money Matters cashed our checks but did not provide the services we agreed to, nor did they complete or provide our books to us for 7 months.

We do not recommend Money Matters due to their unprofessionalism, lack of attention to detail, poor customer service as well as tremendous delays in providing proof and records to their customers that are paying for those services.

I was just smarted off by Kym at this business. Very disrespectful! Calling a customer "honey" and "sweety" is just a way to demean the other person. Would not recommend. In addition, they take too long to complete taxes. Last year was nothing but apologies and this year is rude and not professional.
