I do recommend exploring ABA therapy with Therapeutic pathways Kendall center. The behavior technicians, the clinical staff and even the front desk staff all work in the best interest of the clients and their families. I have first hand experience with how amazing so much of the staff is with their kids. The staff truly wants to see all of the children progress and succeed. Some parents will never be satisfied. They think they know everything in regards to applied behavior analysis therapy, their children and their behaviors. In reality, a lot of them don’t and when certain programming, therapy or specifics are provided to children, some parents can get upset. Which is fine but y’all aren’t the experts. Many behaviors of children are caused by parents within the home. And that’s something many parents refuse to believe. A lot of negative reviews on google are from parents just like this. Instead of being open minded and listening to the staff, they decide to leave a bad review and not provide their child any therapy due to their egos. My advice is to seek ABA therapy help, go to Kendall and listen to what they advise or provide for services. And if you are unsure of this based off previous accounts, you can still tour their center and see for yourself. Taking initiatives for your children is better than not doing it at all.

As mentioned in previous reviews "JUST DON'T". My 3yr started there and they starved him even after being very specific on his feeding because he only tolerates certain solids and if not he is to have his protien drink. After 5hrs I show up to my sons clothes changed to be told milk spilt. There was no milk out of his container and barley 1 ounce taken out of the protien so what liquid? They don't advocate or even listen to the parents concerns. I was told it won't happen again. I know it won't because he won't be going back. Always always stand up and advocate for your children.

My heart breaks for any family that has to go through any horrible situation. There is no excuse for it. my child does benefit from this program and I am so grateful for the help and support they provide me for my child. I do referral family’s here because of my experience. He has been here over a year and has grown so much. He does half at the center and half his hours at a preschool. With this horrible act from a disturbed person it has steered families away. I will continue being the advocate for my child and provide them with what I believe is the best. Yes, you will hear horrible things from anyplace but this is my positive in put of the center who has helped my child. My child needed support , I needed support, and the center provides that. Teaches him the patience that I as the parent am not able to. We work as a team and I am learning just as much as he is learning.

Do not send your children here. Also do not work here. Administrators at this company only care about money. Additionally, they treat their employees terribly: took all of their sick time and holidays away, clinical staff berates employees to their faces as well as behind their backs and does not support them when they need help with children. They lie about supervision to the RBT board. Finally, they try to force the kids to stay and run programming when they are sick (fever, vomiting, etc.) It is truly shocking that this center is still open. It needs to be investigated and shut down.

My son went here for about two years plus did at home therapy for another year before that. I cannot thank them enough for how helpful this center was for my child. He went from being almost non verbal at 2 years old, to having a full vocabulary at 5.
Thank you specially to Alicia, Ashley and Jenn for caring so much about my son!! He will miss you!
