Having recently experienced a shoulder injury, I was looking to get a massage while I was visiting Avon. Mira is a very talented, capable and knowledgeable massage therapist. I have been seeing Mira consistently for almost two years. I've been getting consistent massages for over 10 years and Mira is by far the best. She listens very careful to what may be ailing you or where you want to Focus but also is able to tell by your body where you need work. Her deep tissue massages are phenomenal and she has an arsenal of tools beyond her hands that she uses when needed. Mira keeps my body, which I beat up every day as a Vail Valley local feeling healthy and strong.

Mira is phenomenal! She is a miracle worker. Mira is a rare talent who knows exactly what needs the most attention and works hard to relieve pain. I was recommended to her by a physical therapist and she has helped me work through a number of injuries. Mira is the best massage therapist in the Vail Valley. Her studio space is no frills and not a spa setting, but it is meticulously clean and comfortable. I feel safe remaining her client during Covid. I had a one hour custom massage with Mira. My neck, back, and legs have been hurting due to all the hiking and biking I have done this summer in Vail Valley. While away on a girls weekend in Beaver Creek Mira came to our condo to give us all massages. We all loved our experience which is really saying something cause she adjusted to give us each the exact massage we’re looking for.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and had an absolutely blissful massage. Best one I’ve ever had.
