Michael came into my life at a very challenging time- I was going through a divorce, feeling despondent, directionless and very unsure of myself in it all. I had tried traditional therapy when I was dealing with my depression and anxiety but it only gave me an outlet to speak, it didn't help to treat the depression. I started seeing Michael after 9 months of traditional therapy and prescription SSRI's. Within months Michael gave me the tools to help heal myself and make me stronger going forward.
