Mr. London is someone I highly recommend, as black man dealing with emotional baggage, Mr. London showed how much of it was causing my own downfall. I had doubts about trying to do EMDR due to the bad reviews about it. Yet after tip toeing from it I realized I had to do it. I can say it is life changing in a positive way but I recommend you build a base up in terms of doing your own healing to get yourself in a better mental space. Biggest takeaway for me was learning, from Mr. London, you have to uproot the past and plant your future. We also must heal.. as well as grow. An individual I plan on working with long term because, no matter how great we become… it is beautiful to have a great coach in your corner. Create a system for yourself to thrive in and build your support system. I highly recommend Keith London as someone to include in your inner circle.

I started understanding the value of therapy after reading "The Road Less Traveled" by Dr. Scott Peck. But reading about the impact of therapy and actually experiencing it is completely different. My sessions with Mr. London, allowed to me heal from traumas I wasn't aware I was carrying my entire life. The fact we shared similar upbringings and culture, made the sessions so much more effective - he understood how relationship dynamics in a Caribbean household can impact a child, and how those can unfold in one's life as adults. Mr. London and I worked (and still working) through those, and it's amazing to see how my life is unfolding for the better right in front of me - particularly how people interact with me now, how I no longer am susceptible to certain situations, things and people, and this new found self-confidence and pride in who I am and want to become as a person.

Mr. London is an incredible therapist, especially if you are African American and/or from Caribbean or African descent. Relatability makes a significant difference in the sessions and it will show in your life.

Keith is a great listener with practical solutions. Prior to meeting Keith, I never saw the value in seeking guidance from a counselor. He was able to relate and connect with me better than other counselors that I have tried. Keith was able to quickly identify the root cases of my challenges and provide enriching exercises that required me to do a deep dive into myself. As a result, he was able to give me practical tools to incorporate into my life to develop a better foundation. I appreciate each of the hand-picked homework assignments that he gave me. They required me to seriously critique myself which allowed me to evolve. If you are looking for results and willing to do the work, I highly recommend Keith to assist you with your journey.
