I only write reviews for exceptional service, and Meredith truly stands out. She is incredibly professional and treats every transaction with the utmost care, regardless of the size. Unlike some realtors who may turn you away for smaller deals, Meredith is dedicated to helping everyone, whether it’s a $5k or a $500k transaction.
What I appreciate most about Meredith is her availability. She answers her phone, which is very important to me, and she’s also quick to respond to texts. This made communication easy and stress-free. There were several occasions when I couldn’t reach the listing agent I wanted to buy from, and I always turned to Meredith because I knew she would pick up.
I admit I’ve taken up her time asking her to take pictures of properties I ultimately didn’t purchase, and she never made me feel like a bother. Buying a home is always a difficult process for the buyer. For us, it was even more difficult, since we could only buy a house at a distance, being thousands of miles away. We needed an agent who would not only be our assistant, but also represent us literally everywhere. Meredith McCarn did an excellent job.
