Be very careful with this service. Nell allowed my ex to take my car and never reported it to the case workers. Then said it was no big deal, when it took 40 minutes extra to get my car from him. As well as leaving my kids alone in a room as my ex come out and screamed at me and the police that were reporting stolen items in the back of ex's truck. Jen was verbally assaulted by my ex and her cowardice to not tell anyone what happen now has ex with 50/50 custody.

Update: so services that are ended unsatisfactory mean that the firm can't communicate with cps or anyone else.
