We lived in the base housing, managed by Corvias then Mayroad, from 2019-2023; overall, we didn't have many complaints. This seemed to be the case with most of my colleagues as well. The housing was decent quality; not top of the line, but not bad either. Mayroad/Corvias were usually very responsive for maintenance needs, e.g. I'd submit a work order for because the utility room faucet was broken, and someone would be there within the same day to repair it. The fitness room at the community center was a nice bonus, but they didn't do a good job of maintaining the treadmills.

workers are really great and TLF was REALLY nice, but state of permanent house on move in was very disturbing and gross. Years later and we still have broken tile counters, peeling paint, caulk that is so old it has disintegrated and had multiple major appliances that we had to fight for WEEKS to get replaced despite multiple maintenance requests to get us working ones. I want to give it another star because the new gym equipment was a big improvement but no exaggeration, EVERY time I go to in after hours the alarm is going off THE WHOLE TIME with no way to turn it off or call someone to turn it off.

in summery, the people who work there are very nice and definitely the highlight of this company but the physical housing unit quality leave a LOT to be desired.

Great place to reserve for small functions. Free racing games, air hockey, and billiards. The pool is filled with saltwater, which is a great option for those allergic to chlorine.

I can't speak for all the homes on base but I will speak on the one I am living in and the one I temporarily stayed in before this one.

The grass is dead and they refuse to "zeroscape" the lawn. The appliances here are older than the building, and are breaking down. Although they did replace one item with something new, some of the other stuff was replaced with other old items. Things (shower, toilet, garage door, hot water heater, microwave) here seem to break every 2-4 months due to age (or wear) most of these items could of been replaced before I moved in.
If you agree to allow them to come to fix things when you aren't home, they won't give you a date or time for when they could arrive. The only time I've seen pest control show up is normally 2 months before the summer heat, but they are supposed to come every 3 months (to spray outside the building, they normally ask about pets outside.) Roaches come in from outside under the doors and die somewhere in the house. A few times roaches carrying eggs came in and was killed by bug spray. The only reason this house doesn't have roaches is because my fear of them has led me to be extremely proactive with pest control inside the house. I do not use the garage for storage because the roaches also die in there as well (and I prefer not to take the ones that live to the next place I move to.) There are other pests like black widows, ants, earwigs, etc as well.
The carpet is very old and was not cleaned before I moved in. During the walk through I noticed the windows were slightly opened (which led to a moth problem for a bit) but after closing them, I noticed the strong smell of urine. Since I didn't realize this until after the walk through I had to deep clean the carpet and use a black light to document the urine stains all over the house. The rooms always are hot (or warm) and aren't properly ventilated. This is mostly problematic if you work nightshifts since the rooms get very hot during the day in the summer. The room sizes are okay, but the layout of the house leaves a lot to be desired.

This company is like the military HOA. They will stalk your house for any tedious violations whether they are truly happening or not.

Housing was decent. Lots of mice, roaches, spiders and lizards. Pest control could be handled better. House had mold inside the walls, which was sprayed with bleach by Corvias but came back three times. This mold caused my 9 month old son to be hospitalized three days with bronchitis. Any maintenance issues we had took at least a week just to have it looked at and then another week to have it fixed. The yard was supposed to be mowed every Wednesday but would only be mowed after the grass was nearly 8” in the entire neighborhood, backyards went on even longer without being mowed. Overall impression was that Corvias only cares about the profit. They have no concern for your health or the condition of they home, all they want is your BAH.

Went here for a birthday party. I was SHOCKED as to how nice this place is. A '69 Camaro pool table as well as an awesome booth to watch one of the big screen TV's, arcade style video games, plenty of tables, nice kitchen area along with an indoor basketball court, gym. Outside has a beautiful pool and patio area.
Truly a gem in the desert and something the residents of EAFB deserve.
