My working relationship with Dr. Mark Caro involves weekly therapy for the anxiety I have and talk therapy for life in general. Good Stuff! Mark is a man who practices what he preaches. He has been through the same stresses as most of us, has dealt with his past and issues and has a Phd in order to help those who need to deal with the same thing. In the past year that I have seen Mark, I have not only conquered my anxiety issues, my golf game has taken off with lower scores and I have truly gotten a grasp on stress. I cannot recommend this individual enough. For those of us who know him, we call him "Doc." If you need a competent, professional and direct therapist, this is the one to see. Doc also utilizes a technology called EMDR. It works!
