The CPR/AED/FA class was excellent. It was my first course ever but I heard so many complains about classes not meeting expectations or unenthusiastic instructors, that this class absolutely changed my mine. Lori is a warm, engaging, and patient instructor with your learning process being as educative and comfortable as her sole focus. My friend, who has many CPR classes under her belt said that this one was the best class she ever attended. We highly recommend Lori and her CPR class!!! Thank you Lori for providing us with an engaging learning morning!

The CPR/AED/FA class was great. It was my first course but it was easy to understand and comprehend.
Lori is a great instructor with clear and easy communication skills and I was able to absorb all the information with no problem.

I am very satisfied with my training I had for CPR and first aid with Lorishe’s absolutely amazing do you have a good personality and she has a passion for what she does and she teaches people How to properly give CPR to use the AED and first aid the chair thank you so much I learned a lot today

My trainer was Lori Flanagan. She was very informative and made the class enjoyable. The facility was clean and comfortable. We will continue to send all of my employees to Lodi MABPRO for training. Hopefully most will get to train with Lori!!!

Great Instructor & very intelligent nice Lady with a Heart of Gold ...!!! I I alot of good practical advice and personal experiences from her too that I can use for my own practical use to save another person when I need to especially if they stop breathing or have a heart attack etc ...
I truly Recommend that 1st aid & CPR certified instructor for everyone & more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
