Met Cynthia at an end of the year business planning/vision board event that turned into so much more. By the end of her presentation and guided personal envisioning, I believe we had all realized that perhaps we needed to realign our goals with more purpose and focus based on us individually and less with the “supposed to’s” and “long standing expectations” imposed upon us.
