In the 2 months since my daughter has been referred we haven't been seen. But I have had multiple phone calls. They've tried to tell me we don't have insurance, we do. They've told me they've contacted my insurance, but the insurance they're contacting isn't mine. They've answered calls and set the phone down, just to hang up. When I call to try to fix these issues and get information they refuse to give me their name, tell me I'm "venting at them", because I am explaining the issues they're causing, and they like to hang up. They leave voicemails to get back to them or to schedule, but don't leave a phone number.
My daughter has multiple doctors at Loma Linda that are wonderful, but most of the facilities that they want treatment or testing done at are seriously lacking in regards to care, respect, and follow-through.
