At first, I tried working with them simply because they were my fellow countrymen, the same language and culture, so I prioritized testing to see how it was, even though there were many places that lend money. But surprisingly, they were extremely professional, smart, and had many quick and easy solutions for customers to avoid cumbersome procedures that overlap each other due to bureaucracy, which is considered an occupational disease of office workers. They, especially Teena Nguyen and then Emma, ​​treated my loan like their family. They were always worried about monitoring phone calls and text messages from the beginning of the application until the end.
