Christine and her staff were very friendly and helpful! The prices are listed at the front, so you know what to expect. I called in to make sure they had space for a walk in live scan fingerprinting and they let me know me the best time to come walk in. It was fast and efficient! Great price as well. I was quoted almost double for a place in Pasadena.

I came here twice for my fingerprint scanning and it was always a quick and easy process. They only take CASH or ZELLE. It’s definitely my go to place and I will be referring my friends and family to this location. Thank you for the amazing service!

They accept walk-in’s and appointments. Got me in pretty quick. Sat down for about 10-15 minutes. But make sure you bring proper documentation!

Nayeli was super sweet and helpful in explaining everything I needed in order to proceed (⁠人⁠ ⁠•͈⁠ᴗ⁠•͈⁠)

Christine was also friendly and efficient in completing the process as well!

Parking was easy and I was able to walk in our quickly with no issues.

It was also listed as one of the cheapest (to my knowledge) places to get live scans so... We love that!

The customer service here is exceptional! I went somewhere last year and the actual fingerprint service that was done took forever. Here, it's always quick and the workers are very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here every time I need my fingerprints scanned for work. I would recommend you call because sometimes the person who does the scanning is not in.

Called beforehand to make sure I could come in for live scan. The lady neglected to mention that that only take cash or Zelle so after driving all the way there and waiting around for them to get to me, I had to leave without anything getting done (I don’t have cash and my bank is not compatible with Zelle). The woman I worked with also had a pretty rude demeanor for no reason. Overall a very negative experience.

Anytime I need a livescan I will only be coming here from now on. Christine is so good a taking fingerprints. She took the extra time with my fingerprints because mine are very dry and my prints weren’t taken right at another place.
