The library is beautiful, however it is consistently loud. As in literally (not figuratively) excessively loud every time I have been. It also has incredibly uncomfortable seats for the desks and terrible hours.

One of the best public libraries I've ever experienced. Their policies are more human & understanding; never draconian like so many other places. Great selection of fiction reading. I haven't had much opportunity to use their non-fiction collections, so cannot speak to that. Good audio-visual collections, too.

Always fun to go with the kids. Love the movie nights and the extra activities that keep the littles busy and having fun. Highly recommend. Parking is difficult though.

Awesome even with reduced capacity. Super hygienic, staff is very sweet and knowledgeable. Hardly anyone ever inside and it's a beautiful building. They surprisingly had every book I was in search of even new releases and obscure randoms. Adore this paper heaven!

Kathryn, Karen and Hannah. Thank you so much for helping with our meeting today. Kathryn helped so much with getting everything set up for our football meeting and getting our room reserved! Everything went perfect at the meeting. Thanks again Lincoln Library.

Up to date books. Cheerful employees. Safe and clean atmosphere. Handicap parking is very good. Hours changeable. Many extra classes available for education and help. There's tax help around march, homework help for middle school and under, preschool reading time, family movie night and more.

The hours are set by votes of users. They have occasional times of the year to vote. Unfortunately the only ones who seem to vote are the seniors. I think it's a disservice to the working families that there's less evening hours.
I have discovered the children's section has a librarian at the desk during middle of the day only.

The DVDS at ALL public libraries seem to be scratched beyond usage. I will usually bring it to the attention of the staff. Or put a note inside the case mentioning the problem. They can sometimes be repaired.

If you are a regular visitor to the library tell a paid staff member about your issues. They can't fix what they don't know is broken.

This library has great potential, but it falls short on many aspects. It has a wealth of books and Audiobook visuals but many aren't well maintained. My kids get so excited for the books but when we open them, pages are falling apart and/torn. We tried checking out a couple of DVDs on two separate occasions, but we've run into problems there as well. One DVD had numerous scratches and would not play. Our next attempt wasn't successful either as the circulation desk cannot unlock the disc. My children were very disappointed as they got their hopes up when we found the dvds. Also, I have yet to see a juvenile librarian there. I had a question so I went to the circulation desk. The employee was extremely rude. I guess she was upset that we took time away from her magazine reading time. Aside from these issues, I wish it had better hours of operation.

Love the Lincoln library! My family enjoy that it’s close to our home city. I in particular love that there’s so many books here, as an avid reader. The different sections here are easily navigate-able.
Check out is quick and easy with so many stations (same with the catalog computers). I wish they would just let you input your card number like at the Roseville library.
Holds always come in quickly due to the renewal system. It bugs me, though, that one can only renew a book once. Especially when I have 30-40 books out...
