Celest is phenomenal!
This review is far over due!!

In seeking out a trainer, I was looking for someone who would be mindful of my personal limitations, be patient and not go overboard. Celest has been all that and more. She is just the right amount of enthusiasm and challenge, without being pushy or in my face.

Not once have I dreaded a session! Each workout has been entirely tailored to me. She even precisely chooses the perfect amount of weight and repetitions my body needs. As a bonus, Celest has exceptional nutrition knowledge (her other business expertise).

Aside from her strengths as a trainer, Celest is a lovely human; super down-to-earth, easy to work with and enthusiastic about her clients. I’m glad my search brought me to her!

Celest is the best trainer I’ve ever had! I’ve always hated exercising but now, while I can’t say I love it, I don’t dread going to the gym anymore. Working out with Celest is like working out with your best friend. My energy level has gone up, I’m more toned, and my mood has improved. She is so supportive and encouraging.
