Dr. Ramenini is great but everything about the back office is terrible. Trying to get a hold of a person is impossible, billing process is never right, and the people aren't friendly. I have been in tense conversations with staff and I'm not mean at all (I try to be as nice as possible because their job isn't easy). I actually think about leaving but I like my doctor enough to deal with the office.

Receptionist Angela is absolutely horrible. Rude, gives out wrong information, interrupts patients and talks over them. I honestly don’t know how she has a job in health care she is awful.

Today my doctor told me if I couldn’t afford to see her every three months that I should find another provider. I have been seeing her for years and we usually do 6 months if there is no med changes. But she says that’s not the case, and we have to meet every three months. I’m very disappointed with the service as a whole. They don’t seem to care about patients, just money. It was at the very end of our very short talk and she just threw it in there and then basically ended the call. Thanks for checking on me to see how all that made me feel!
