Easiest experience in booking my first appointment. You fill out forms on the portal and then have your session. I saw Tiffany Taylor and my experience was absolutely incredible. She's a great blend of super smart and normal. I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I actually look forward to my next session. Best decision I made was coming to this website to get a second opinion.

I have been receiving mental health treatment for the majority of my life and I have never had a more annoying, stress-inducing experience with a mental health clinic than I have with LifeStance Health.
I have never once been able to reach someone in any department of their office when I call, despite being on hold for over thirty minutes without speaking to a human.
They will charge your card that is on file without your knowledge or notifying you-- for a random amount that is not listed on your statement and then tell you that you authorized it on some random date. But trying to resolve it with the billing department is impossible, due to the complete lack of response to phone calls.
I am usually not motivated to leave a "bad" review, but if I could warn someone else who is also experiencing mental health issues to seek a clinic that is truly invested in the care and wellbeing of their clients, I hope I can do that.
Life is too short to waste time seeking treatment with a clinic that doesn't answer the phone, won't communicate with their clients, or causes financial stress to their client by making automatic withdrawals from their bank account.
Your mental health is important and it should be taken seriously by your provider and their staff.
