I love my therapist at this location. However, this office started a new online check in process that is a total disaster and very unfriendly for the patient’s. I can never get checked in and anytime I ask the front office staff, I am made to feel like I am bothering them. Considering this is a place to go for mental health I am seriously concerned about this change and the fact that after a month of it being in place, no improvements have been made.

It’s been a pretty positive experience so far. I do telehealth so I’m always in the comfort of my own home. The website it’s easy to navigate to access any of your information and appointments coming up or in the past. Unfortunately, at the moment it seems you cannot make appointments via online so you have to call in and it can be a tad annoying. Other than that my experience has been a good one. If it ever changes (I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn’t) I’ll be sure to update my review. Done 09/26/2024

Providers and staff are great! My biggest problem is being able to get through to someone when calling the office. Almost always, I have to hang up after 20 or more minutes of waiting. I'm currently waiting while writing this and its been 27 minutes and counting. My other issue is there are no changing tables anywhere. I really want to put 1 star for the phone system.

The therapist I had was great, but the customer service is terrible. When you try to schedule an appointment it takes a long time to have someone even answer the phone, and when you try to call billing for questions about a bill you could be on hold for over 30+ min waiting for an answer, sometimes you may not receive and answer no matter how long you wait. I’ve received bills multiple times when I’ve already paid them as well but yet no one has an answer as to why? When I try to login to my account it says I don’t have one but yet I receive constant emails and texts to pay my bill, and I’ve used my account before to login for my virtual appointment so it’s extremely frustrating.

The staff called to let me know my provider was going to reschedule. They called right back and put me with a different provider. I’m so thankful they did. Stephanie was attentive and listened and helped me start a new medication. I’m so thankful . The staff are very kind and accommodating.
