DONT BOOK HERE!!!!! Will cancel your appointment even if you confirm and not tell you. I drove the hour from my house just to stand in the lobby and be ignored. I’m assuming they all knew it was canceled but instead of having the decency to tell me I had to call the head office to figure out what was going on. Awful awful experience! Rena was the name of who my appointment was for btw. DONT BOOK HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO GET HELP!!!!!

Heart-Centered's Tele-Therapy platform was so easy to use! Being able to access therapy services from the comfort of your home is such a blessing. There was no driving, no traffic, no waiting room. I signed on when it was time for my meeting and I signed off when it was over. I didn't have any problems with connecting, but I knew I had a team member there to help me if I did. It was an easy and convenient experience. I recommend it!

Friendly, welcoming staff. I know with the current state of the world, getting to therapy can be a daunting task. Luckily, Heart-Centered Counseling offers tele-therapy sessions. Setting up a session was a breeze and you still have access to a secure appointment with your provider. I would definitely recommend especially if you are uncomfortable with going to an in-person session at the moment. Tele-therapy has quite literally been a life saver to me these past few months.
