My experience with the doctor himself has been good but their administrative systems such as scheduling and billing are horrible. First of all they don't let you even schedule an appointment without giving them your credit card details and signing a form saying you they can bill your card automatically. Secondly it's almost impossible to get in touch with the receptionist at the office to make/change/schedule an appointment. This wouldn't be so bad if they had a decent online scheduling system but they don't, in fact it's not possible to do any scheduling online in my experience. Whenever I have gotten through to a representative after waiting almost 30 minutes they haven't been too friendly. Finally, they are very aggressive about billing. They will try to charge your card immediately after your session and if there are any issues with your insurance or they don't have all the details they will pull the full amount of the service from your card. I also haven't been able to find a copy of my bills, just the online portal with the amount that I owe. Overall it makes the system feel like a cash grab and not an organization concerned about helping their patients get mental wellness.

In the screenshot I attached you can see they billed me over $400 without providing a statement. This would have gone directly to my card if it wasn't blocked by my bank. The only reason they get 2 instead of 1 star is because of the doctor, who was good.

It was fine, the therapist did make me think about some things. I have booked another appointment, and we will see how that goes because on the first visit/session it is about seeing if this is a good fit or not.

Never nervous about what ever I need to talk about . I know first , he will always tell me the truth, he will remind me of mindful practices, and he doesn’t hold back . He will call me out on my BS. If I deliver any. I have always been in the mindset to tell only the truth to drs. They hold my life in their hands. It’s kinda hard for me to trust anymore but this man/ mental

LifeStance reached out to me and provided me a direct email to contact them with additional information including my contact information (see their reply below), and upon responding they said they have shared my feedback for further investigation.
I asked them if I could expect a follow-up response on the matter, or if this would be the last that I would be hearing from anyone, and I received radio silence.
Just goes to show that LifeStance truly doesn't even stand behind their motto of "we care".
Please search elsewhere for quality care - because LifeStance isn't it.

STAY AWAY FROM STEFANIE LIVINGSTON AT LIFESTANCE
I want people who are truly suffering mentally to know this is not the provider you want to see if you are trying to get help.
This woman will make you feel worse about yourself, I assure you.
I was switched to her from another PA within LifeStance, in hopes of managing my anxiety and insomnia, along with other mental ailments I've been struggling with recently.
As soon as I met her via our Telehealth appointment, I knew immediately that any hopes and expectations of us establishing a healthy doctor-patient relationship were destroyed.
Her demeanor was instantly off-putting, she never even greeted me or introduced herself during our first appointment, and it honestly felt as if it was a bother for her to even see me. I explained in detail to her everything that was going on, the struggles I've been dealing with as far as managing my medications and getting back on a suitable regimen, and the response I received was basically a blank stare. It was awkward and unsettling, and I truly felt as if I was being judged the entire time I spoke. Mental health providers should NEVER make someone feel this way. They are expected to instill confidence in their patients, establish mutual understanding and respect through open communication, and most of all, possess EMPATHY. Abilities to which this woman lacks entirely. She basically treated me like a failure and provided me with no options on how we could work to treat the issues I was facing. She even went as far as to question the formulation of a particular medication I was previously prescribed that required a new prescription be written due to its schedule classification. This medication has been working wonders for me since I started taking it (clearly because I need it) and it was due to be refilled, but she promptly stated that she would "never" prescribe said medication in the dosage form previously prescribed by the last provider I saw. After I had to raise my voice and defend myself for even being on the medication, she unwillingly authorized it to be filled, but provided no refills.
After my second and last appointment with her, that of which was scheduled to be a 30-minute appointment, but ended up lasting a whopping 12 minutes because she made it perfectly clearly that I was not worthy of her time, she told me she could not provide the level of care I needed, as if to indicate I'm a complete basket case, and referred me to someone else within LifeStance who I was told will not be able to see me for 2+ months, essentially leaving me high and dry with no ability to obtain refills on the medications I'm currently taking, therefore disrupting my regimen and hindering my care.
This woman has completely failed me, and so has LifeStance.
I have already filed a complaint against Stefanie through my insurance company and I will no longer be seeking care from anyone affiliated with LifeStance, but I want everyone reading this to have some idea as to the kind of care (or lack thereof) they will receive from her if she is appointed as their provider.

I’m very happy with LifeStance. The only problem I have is when I call the direct dial phone number I have had to be on hold as long as 30 minutes. I also have a terrible time logging into the patient portal. I am blocked out nearly 90% of the time.
The staff is wonderful. Courteous, friendly and willing to help me anytime I get to speak to the staff.
