I was a patient of Dr. Dongre's for about 3 yrs. He is a good doctor but at the beginning of the year I lost my job and my insurance and I told him that unfortunately I couldn't afford appointments with him until I had insurance again. Regardless of my telling him this he would call to check on me even when I didn't have an appointment scheduled. I really thought he cared but later found out that I was being charged $500 bucks for every 5 minute phone call he made to me and have now racked up a fairly large bill there. I finally have a new job and insurance that they accept so I tried to set up a payment plan on my existing bill so that I could continue to see my doctor. I couldn't believe it when they told me they wouldn't work with me unless I could pay $450 a month! Who the hell can afford that! If they really cared about their patients they would take whatever I could afford and my insurance would cover my new appointments. Disgusted with the way they run things and the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because I really liked my doctor.

I am happy with my Provider, however, it is extremely difficult to get through to their office through the phone number provided on the website. I have used their option to "hold my place in line" for a return call and did not receive one. The message portal works well, but I would like to be able to get in touch with the office as necessary.

I had a first time appointment with Dr. Standley. She was very thorough getting the info she needed to diagnose my needs and update my meds. She was kind but very professional. The staff is very helpful too. I had some IT issues getting online for a virtual appointment, they were great and walked me through it and sent me via email the steps in case it happened again. Overall a good outcome. Glad to be referred to Life Stance.

The place is on nice relaxing environment. Ms Jones is a caring very knowledgeable caregiver. Her visits are not rushed. There is a lot of interaction between her and the patient. I'll questions and need submit during the visit. I felt like I was cared about invalued as a person.

Staff is wonderful and Dr. K is one of the best doctor’s I have ever seen. He’s always attentive and invested in his patient, but his sessions do not last a long time, and that is good for working people. Dr. K does not rush anyone during appointments. He just has a way of making them informative and to the point, which I love! Thanks, Dr. K!

The Columbus, GA office is great! They work with and around my schedule. I love that I can do virtual for most of the year with a few in-person appointments. There is no judgement from my doctor regarding my medications and why I am on them. The front end staff at the Columbus location are so sweet and kind and considerate. Really cannot find enough words to describe how much I love this office and my psychiatrist. After years of looking and searching for someone who would not just prescribe medications, but actually listen to me and my needs - I finally found a home for my mental health needs.
