I was happily surprised to see the new system today! I am easily frustrated with apps but this was very user friendly. I appreciate the questions to help identify issues a patient may not know how to bring up; or may not fit with their current plan. Great job!

So far it feels safe. It's only been my first session, but he said if my uncomfortable, we can try another technique or another councilor til I find my fit. So I know he there for me, not a paycheck. So that's a extra star for that. He's easy to talk to also.

I regret to say that my experience with LifeStance Therapist on Union has been less than satisfactory, primarily due to their administrative practices. While I appreciate the medical expertise of the staff, there are significant issues with their cancellation policy and communication systems that need addressing.

Firstly, the clinic's cancellation policy is quite stringent and, in my opinion, unreasonable. They require a 48-hour notice for cancellations, which can be challenging for patients dealing with unpredictable health issues or sudden emergencies. Failure to meet this requirement results in a substantial fee, which seems to prioritize the clinic's schedule over patient circumstances.

Secondly, the clinic's voicemail system is consistently problematic. On multiple occasions, I've attempted to leave messages regarding appointments, only to encounter a prompt options that don't work and circular menus that take forever to navigate. This communication breakdown is frustrating and potentially dangerous in a medical setting where timely information exchange is crucial.

While I believe the medical staff are competent, these administrative issues significantly impact the overall patient experience. I hope the clinic will consider revising their cancellation policy to be more accommodating and upgrading their communication systems to ensure reliable patient-clinic interaction. Until these changes are made, I would caution potential patients to carefully consider these factors before choosing this clinic for their healthcare needs.

Jennifer was so nice and so sweet to me. She listened to me. She was so very truly kind to me and cared so much! Prescribed me wonderful medication and took the time to really care. This lady shouldn't be practicing. Don't go here or take your kids to her.

Our daughter made an appointment for a tele-health appointment without our knowledge. This woman prescribed our daughter meds behind our back, without even seeing her. Medication made our daughter behavior off the charts worse and she became a completely different kid. She also ran away several times within two weeks of being on these pills.

This woman doubled the dose after a few weeks.

She's absolutely irresponsible with teens. Again, do not take your kids here or go here if you actually want help with your mental health. This woman will just take your money and make it worse.
