I was referred here by a case manager at The People’s Clinic in Boulder. She told me that she referred another patient here and she had a good experience. I was hesitant but once I called, I was glad that I did. There is NOT a waitlist here. They have a good number of therapists who are available. My therapist is kind and helpful and I do virtual sessions, which is convenient for me. The receptionists are friendly and they make it easy to get started and get an appointment right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs therapy for a variety of reasons.

My virtual appointment was at 8:00 am on Monday September 30th. I logged into the portal and couldn't find a link or basic instructions on how to begin my virtual appointment. When I couldn't find a link or instructions to the virtual room a few minutes had past. I immediately called the office and got the help I needed to log into the virtual room. The customer service was awesome.👍👍. Unfortunately by the time I entered the virtual room for my appointment my therapist was gone. I was told that the therapist would be notified that I was waiting for him in the virtual room.The therapist never attempted to reach out to me before I logged in to see if there was a problem. I sat in front of my laptop staring at the monitor waiting waiting for the therapist. I called the office again and set at another appointment. I give the staff that helped me e 2 thumbs up 👍👍. The other that my experience was was a thumbs down 👎. 1 ⭐

I tried to sign up with Lifestance and scheduled one appointment with the provider. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room, the provider never showed for the appointment. Lifestance has continued to charge me for a “missed appointment fee”. Despite multiple calls to the office, the charge remains on my account.

I love my therapist, but Lifestance's contribution seems minimal. I had some significant issues before I was assigned a therapist, but over a year has passed and I don't precisely recall the exact nature. The video chat used for remote sessions is adequate to good. I am giving them four stars for allowing the therapist room to do her job.
