My experience was very good! Upon my first inquiry call(general number) to Life Stance Health, I spoke with Merlyn(sp?). Oh my goodness she was such a relatable, friendly and very understanding person to start out with for LifeStance! She ‘opened the door’ and I felt at ease immediately. She went the extra two(not just one!) miles to accommodate my extreme fear/anxiety of doing the sign up papers online! She set me up to go in early before my appointment to do all that ‘fun’(not!) paperwork in person instead, and told me to just ignore the texts and emails to do such online. Ahhhhh this felt so relieving for my extreme anxiety about doing official sign up forms online. This meant the world to me, and saved me from a traumatizing experience. I know, because at another unrelated Dr office(a year ago), they forced me to do my pre-paperwork online. I will not be going back to that doctor!

The network for more control. You can use the portal to make appointments, to refill meds, and to virtually see your doctors. It’s one of the most important network to have for someone who lives outside the Metro city area.

This company is awful. Not the providers, the company. I spoke to a dozen people over the course of a week and they couldn’t fill a medication order in that time. No one knew what to do about it. I was endlessly transferred each time and hung up on twice. Once after being on hold for twenty minutes. This all left me in mental distress after I had been seen and couldn’t fill my anti depressant medication after five days being without it. Very dissatisfied and I’d never recommend receiving care here if you expect to receive support from their staff. Consider other resources before you unknowingly put yourself at risk with them.

Update: This page replied and asked me to contact “wecare” by email. I sent a detailed response, along with my original review, only to be told “we apologize” and that the matter “will be investigated.” No surprise that I still haven’t received contact from ANYONE. No medication for two weeks now. Can’t get an answer or a follow up from anyone. I’m creating a paper trail and I have every intention of taking this as far as I possibly can, and I have the resources to do that.

Even more dissatisfied than I was. Don’t put your mental health in their hands.

My experience with Lifestance has been life-changing. I spent a decade going to an alleged mental health facility that kept changing names. My provider Lori has been a godsend. She took the time to evaluate what was wrong with me, and prescribed the correct medication to fix me. I am grateful to Lifestance and to Lori.

I have been going here over a year and my Psychiatrist is a really cool dude and my therapist is AMAZING. I LOVE HER. She is so sweet and awesome. I feel 10x better every time I have my weekly therapy. 😌🙏🏻 I used to go to Mind Springs before this and they just don't care about their patients at all. Here at LifeStance though you can tell they do. I used to be one of those people who thought therapy was kind of a joke after multiple horrible experiences in the past. But coming here has completely changed my perspective. I love LifeStance. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone. 💯♥️
