We waited a full MONTH for a new patient appointment, sent them all our insurance and medical information immediately when booking the appointment but the DAY OF our appointment we got a text saying they don't take our insurance. This practice is heartless and harmful. My wife could have gotten into a different doctor if we had known they didn't take our insurance. If a bill shows up for a missed appointment, my attorney will have a field day with them.

The most caring, Doctor; Donna Londino. I never met any doctor with such a compassion. She sit with you. Listen very carefully. And give us the tool. In the worst moment that we're going through. My husband just passed away. November 14. 2025. I make an appointment with her. I cry so much. She hold me, and talk to me. Take day by day. She hold me like a Mother. I felt so much better. I had a terrible experience with this therapist’s office. I called multiple times prior to my appointment date to address an issue, but no one returned my calls. Despite their lack of response, they still charged me a late cancellation/no-show fee. When I finally spoke to someone about the situation, they showed little remorse or accountability for their poor communication.

It’s disappointing to see such unprofessionalism from a place that is supposed to support mental health. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable care or respect for their time and efforts.

Everything about working with this establishment is a nightmare. In order I log in to your portal you are forced to call them for a password reset due to a glitch in their system, and calling them always takes anywhere from 20-30 minutes due to the incredibly slow and lengthy phone tree, and then the waiting. It’s always a long wait for someone to answer the phone. Doing this with kids is impossible. Also, they will happily charge you $100 for missing your appointment or rescheduling within 24 hours but the providers have no problem rescheduling you within hours of your appointment after you have already arranged childcare and everything else. They do not value your time what so ever.

I have zero complaints about the office staff and the therapist that we see. My biggest issue is with the billing department. They have charged my card for an amount that makes no sense. I also have a balance in my account that they can not give me any information on other than the insurance will not cover it. I was trying to get more information on this issue and I was disconnected. I have now been on hold for over an hour trying to get back in. I just figured out through some research that the billing department closes at 3 pm every day. So my hour of hold was for nothing. Great job billing department. This has been an ongoing complaint for the patients that I know that currently use LifeStance. We can not change because they are the only group in network with our insurance and we love our providers.

Terrible handling and professional disposition. The appointment was for medication management and the office scheduled it for telehealth despite me only recently moving here and being a new patient.
The nurse practitioner I was scheduled with wasn’t from this office, had a pretty bad bedside manner, and was sometimes rude and defensive. Despite filling out the paperwork, she spent 50 minutes asking most all of the same questions then about past trauma only to tell me right before the appointment ended that there was nothing she could do but refer me to a therapist since she couldn’t prescribe medication over a Tele health appointment.
When I asked, why she didn’t tell me that at the beginning, she got super defensive and tried to tell me that would be unethical. When I answered that this was a medication management appointment, her response was that if I wanted her to only consider giving me the medication I was on, I would’ve had to say that at the beginning… except I did when she asked me my reason for the appointment.
A waste of time and money and only added to my anxiety. I would not want her dealing with anyone who’s depressed.

Can't get my Dr to write Rx we agreed to. I missed ten days last month and I'm losing days now without my new Rx. Can't get her on the phone or her internet room.

Thanks for always being there for me when no one else would believe what I was saying. I wouldn’t be alive if it weren’t for Dr. Jay Patel M.D. and his professional level of care, attentiveness, and willingness to listen to the issues that transgender people like myself have to deal with on a day to day basis. For those of you who feel “trapped” at your parents home: I suggest reading MORE THAN TWO: A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO ETHICAL POLYAMORY by Franklin Veaux and Eve Rickert. There is a good foreword by Janet Hardy who is also the co-author of THE ETHICAL SLUT.
