Goals are everything! I was operating without goals for sometime now as I was struggling to come up with cohesive goals due to wanting to do so many different things.
I showed up at River's vision board workshop which was a pleasure to participate in. River walked us through a framework which resulted in getting me a blueprint of my goals! It was so effortless with River's guidance. The workshop was multi-dimensional, exploring the self sabotaging thoughts that get in the way of creating and sticking with goals. River Easter's insights are incredibly powerful and inspiring. One particular thing she said has stayed with me, motivating me to finally take action on a dream I've had for years. I had been stuck and overwhelmed. I would think about this dream everyday but at a loss for how to make it happen. But after coaching with River, I'm now moving forward with confidence and determination. Her guidance has been a transformative experience that's propelling me closer to achieving my dream.

River gave me an introductory session several years back. As a result, I not only plunged into writing my book, but finished and published it through Amazon.
Fast forward to 3 months ago: I was feeling at a loss for what direction take in life so I contacted River and hired her for a 12 session commitment.
My being a generally negative person from childhood traumas, the following story epitomizes the impact her teachings have had on me.
My furnace went out on the snowiest (17”) and coldest night in Jan. I had been following her teachings and guidance for several months by now, and previously, I would have flown into state of panic with worry and fear, but I didn’t this time. Much to my surprise and pleasure, this time I stayed confident that I cold manage whatever it was. Instead I calculated all my resources, “I have two electric heaters, candles and an infrared fireplace.”and this would be sufficient for whatever time was needed.
One person told me, “What a disaster!” But that never even crossed my mind, instead I was GRATEFUL for what I did have. Indeed, my attitude was, literally without thinking about it, “I am so grateful I have other sources of heat….and likely I have the resources to cover the cost of repairs.” I stayed in that state of gratitude without even thinking about it, I was just there!
I know this attitude of gratitude for the heat, instead of being fearful was a direct result of River’s training. There wasn’t a single minute that I ‘slipped’ into a state of fear or lack during 36 hours without central heat. In the end, the pilot had somehow gone out and was an easy fix. I believe that too was a result of the state of being I have developed under Rivers’ tutelage.
THANK YOU River! It has been your guidance, teachings and support that I am automatically able to stay in a state of gratitude more and more consistently. I am so grateful that I found you.
