This was my first appointment with Dr. Rispoli to deal with a chronic pain issue. She's very personable, professional, caring and eager to be helpful. I appreciated her graded approach (one step at a time), her being proactive, accessible, knowledgeable and skilled, and was particularly moved when she said to me "we're on this journey together". I feel in good hands.

Dr. Rispoli was very impressive she has very good people skills, and you can see she is quite intelligent. However, she is very down to earth. It is almost like she doesn't realize just how special she is. I would recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her again.
Learning that, in addition to a exceptional professional life, she is the mother of three children only adds to her many accomplishments

Dr. Lea Rispoli won my heart away from UCLA Pain Management where I previously received care for neck pain. After ten years, I moved away from UCLA, and am thrilled by Dr. Rispoli’s treatment and her office team’s efficiency. 2023 Medicare changes left me with NO coverage for my neck and I was forced to look elsewhere for care, and finding Dr. Rispoli has helped so much. Scheduling is painless, as is the actual clinic procedure. Her anesthesiologist is the best ever, as is her brilliant billing team. But best of all, Dr. Rispoli brings optimism and unique professionalism. I’m thankful to be her patient!

Dr. Rispoli is fantastic. My first consultation with her was very thorough and professional. She took her time to explain various options and answered all of my questions with thoughtfulness and clarity. I did not feel rushed at all. Her staff is very professional and kind as well.
I then was able to easily schedule an injection procedure. Again, Dr. Rispoli was great at the medical center. She explained once again what the procedure entailed, and answered all of my questions. She showed compassion and made me feel completely comfortable.
I highly recommend Dr. Rispoli for your treatment.

My wife and I BOTH had epidurals (local anesthetic) done this morning by Dr. Rispoli and her wonderful staff. Upon arriving at the office Sonya greeted us upon arrival and was very pleasant and helpful. My nurse was Suzanne and Beth's was Fran. Suzanne is amazing. Her people skills, warmth and kindness are genuine. Always making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Fran has the same demeanor. I had only "met" Dr. Rispoli via the phone, so meeting her in person before the procedure was awesome. Like the staff, she is VERY compassionate about making sure she does everything to make your life less painless. She's very down to earth with a gentle nature of caring that most physicians can only dream of. The real deal. I keep wanting to call her Dr. Leia because I'm a huge Star Wars fan. I liked that she said we always have options going forward. Another nurse I'd like to comment on is Debbie. She was there with me in the OR and was EXTREMELY comforting and funny with a big heart. She gets it too! Thanks to all of you this morning. We feel like we are in great hands!
