Wow! I did not think Rob and Jeff had a chance at wrangling our Board of Directors. Before our strategic planning session, our Board had approximately 100 *big* ideas for a small staff and volunteer force. Our non-profit worked with Jeff Arnold and Leading Associates to better understand our Board’s role in the current organizational life cycle and develop strategies to evolve our Board as we grow the organization.
