I'm calling and going in there for a week. Nobody will answer my calls. Nobody will call me back. I did everything I was supposed to do on time and they have not done their job for over 3 weeks. No benefits. My bills are due. They now have late fees and my phone's about to get shut off. Because nobody will help me. Black hole of communication is absolutely right and nobody gives a c*** about anybody that they're supposed to be helping. I don't know why any of them even chose that as a job.

No call backs, a "black hole" of communication. Already brought to the attention of the supervising staff member with no response. Questionable competency - I have a child who's been added MedCal, dropped, and supposedly "under review". However, with no communication, we just have to hope that nothing serious happens. What if we're NOT approved, and insurance is needed in the meantime?
