My husband and I absolutely love going to see Debbie. Although we have a pretty happy relationship, I've been in bad relationships in the past that taught me the importance of nurturing and maintaining a good thing. I'm also a firm believer in therapy being helpful, even in the best of times. Debbie has definitely helped us with our communication skills, but moreover, has brought a new perspective to our relationship that is centered around curiosity and empathy, which has actually deepened our connection with each other. We always have so many interesting things to talk about after our sessions. Having experienced many personal and couples therapists in the past, I can definitely say that Debbie is one of a kind in what she brings to the table. Highly highly recommend.

My husband & I were in a very dark place two years ago. I came across Lambert couples therapy after reading the great reviews on Yelp & had a feeling they were going to be the ones to help save our marriage.

I called Debbie and she got us in for an emergency appointment that night. After that, we saw Debbie every week for about 6 months. Debbie got me right away but she also understood my husband. She was able to open our eyes to things we were both doing that were detrimental to our relationship. She was always so caring, invested in our marriage, and our individual personal development.

She provided us with the tools we needed in order for us to break through & fix our marriage. She taught us how to love each other through the hard times, appreciate each others uniqueness & differences, & how to communicate effectively even through disagreements. I’m not sure if I’m one of those typical “guys” that hesitates going to couples/family therapist. However my wife of 33 years thought it would be a good idea just to help in our communication.
