Teshia IS A HEALER! I have had SEVERAL massages and that’s all they were was a massage. This woman worked out every trauma in my body (which after I left I cried non stop because I can tell she worked out some old trauma out of my body) she worked out every knot I had! I walked in with a limp and walked out feeling like a million dollars. I can’t say it enough she HEALED me with just once visit. All the aches and pain are GONE! I have already booked again because of how amazing this experience was. Another thing is HOW COMFORTABLE I was in her presence she is calming and a sweet natured in general! DO NOT HESITATE BOOK IT! I got the Deep Stress & Tension Relief Therapy 60 min! PHENOMENAL!🫶🏽

OMG I forgot to leave a review after my massage with Teshia a few weeks ago. What a very professional young lady who knows how to do a relaxing massage. It had been a while since I last had a massage. After Teshia's golden hands touched my body I went home and slept for 4 hours. I highly recommend La Ritz Spa, but I strongly recommend you book with Teshia. You won't regret it.

I recently had a massage at La Ritz, and it was one of the best I've had in years! I've gone to 4 different therapists in the last 10 years, and Teisha is the most effective therapist I've been to. She was able to relieve my thoracic pain when others could not. Her approach was gentle and not aggressive. I've suffered from chronic back pain and shoulder/neck pain so long that it's been normal to just live with the pain. I'm amazed to feel pain-free for the first time in years!

This review was edited. Originally I left all 5 stars, ravening about how great the facial was that I received from Teisha over a year ago. Since then I was receiving wax treatments every 4-6 weeks. I have referred so many different people to her.

4 weeks ago I scheduled the microneedling service that she suggested to me during one of my wax sessions. After treatment my face was on fire for the rest of the night. No complaints with that since the skin was punctured and I expected that. She told me to book a laser treatment for my large pores in 4 weeks, which I did.

I showed up for my appointment, and I knew something was going to go wrong when she suggested that I give microneedling a try. I informed her that we did that 4 weeks ago and she suggested laser cut this treatment. She insisted we do microneedling. I said ok and she numbed me. Once she started it felt nothing like it did at the previous visit. This was more service level. Having problematic skin for year I have received every type of treatment you could think of, she kept applying a cream to my face. She removed some blackheads, steamed my face then when I met her in the front she told me since we did microneedling I needed to pay a extra $100. I told her it felt more like microdermabrasion but if she says so. I as told that I was still pretty numb.

I left still trying to give her the benefit of the doubt since I trusted her so much. Nope!! This service provided was not the service she had me pay for. I was charged double for the service provided. I feel betrayed because I have trusted her for over a year and always tipped her. I said all of that to say, be careful of what service you receive and what you are charged for it. She lost a great customer because she was dishonest to me. Took my money, all while smiling in my face telling me a lie. That’s diabolical.

BUYER ASK QUESTIONS

I decided to send my husband there for his birthday and as such I bought a package that gave him an hour of a full body massage. I paid for that in addition to tipping the person who was going to do the work. Then I decided I wanted to also give him an extensive foot massage I paid for that separately and then I also tipped on that charge. I assume that if it's titled a reflexology foot massage for 30 minutes that that would be a separate 30 minute service. The full body massage indicated that it was 60 minutes.

As soon as my husband was finished the first thing that bothered him was the foot detox that was a part of the Father Day special. He said he waited for about 15 minutes and then they had him sit in an awkward chair that was extremely uncomfortable while his feet were soaking. After that they went into his full body massage and he said that there wasn't a great deal of attention paid to his feet. I immediately called and asked for the owner and she was fairly anxious to want to resolve it but it just sounded like she merely placated the fact that her employee did work and just kind of added it into the full body massage. If I've read a service is meant to last for 1 hour that service should be done for 1 hour. If I pay for a separate service that should last for 30 or 45 minutes then that's what that service should be separately.

I cannot say that I'm thoroughly pleased with the service. You're given a consultation form to fill out and sign and it asks you if you want light, medium or adeep massage and of course I selected deep massage because he is a larger gentleman and he works a very tough career. He does require some real intense effort. That's not saying anything against the masseuse who performed her service, I just simply need to be more thorough in identifying the types of masseuses that are available at these facilities before I pay for the service. I did go in looking for something but came out with something different.
