We have had a wonderful experience with teacher Osmar at King swim. My son has been swimming with him for 3 years, and went from a beginner to being very comfortable in the pool and learning all the strokes. We are so happy with his progress and can’t say enough great things about teacher Osmar and Kings swim!

Our attended adult classes but there was a lot on inconsistency which was a bummer. One night We had angel for two straight nights and he was super helpful. Honestly i felt like i had made more progress within those two nights VS the two months we were enrolled.

I made a request to have him in the water however nothing was done. Angel is patient, knowledgeable and gave me a lot of reassurance.

Instructors have been fairly good with our daughter. A couple of times when we've needed to switch its been no problem. They are flexible with make-up classes if you are out on travel. The shower area is a mess, so rinsing your kid here is a hassle. If they fixed that I would give 5 stars.

We started at KSA about 5 months ago and had Teacher Edith. She worked patiently with my stubborn 5 year old. He started with not even wanting to put his ears in the water (because it tickled), to acquiring and mastering all the swim skills for 1B. He loves swim class and is so confident. We are very grateful for her efforts!

My oldest moved to the level 2 course with teacher Nicole. She has high expectations, but she breaks instructions down so they are easy to follow, gives helpful feedback frequently and truly cares about their safety and success. I have really enjoyed watching my son grow in her class. He is already a much stronger swimmer and loves learning new techniques.

Both Edith and Nicole are fabulous!

Our son has been taking swim lessons here for nearly 2 years. He’s had various instructors all who have really helped our son improve his swimming technique. Special thanks to Teachers Nicole, Devin, and Stephanie! Our daughter has taken lessons recently and Chris C is the first instructor to get het to put her head under water. Having swim props helps kids get more comfortable. Highly recommend this place! My only reservation in posting this is that our favorite instructors may be in higher demand!

My daughter was at this location for about 2 months, and her usual teacher Heidy was actually very nice and accommodating.

But one time a male teacher was substituted for her, and after the class, my daughter was terrified to go to class. I knew something triggered her fear but she did not explain what happened until a few days ago. My daughter is still a bit afraid of water, she said the sub teacher did not let her hold on to him. Also when she started asking for help, he shushed her. He could have at least held her hands and help her in the water, so she did not feel like drowning. Maybe he was having a bad day or something, but still unacceptable and unprofessional. Now she is traumatized to go in the water and we have to start this all over again. I wish he had been more caring and realized that some kids need more help and encouragement.

Update 12/8

We found out from our daughter that the male sub teacher is Michael. She also explained that she cried because she was scared that he wouldn't let her hold onto him. What infuriated me the most is when she started crying, he shushed her asking "what does it mean?" forcefully and she had to say "quiet" and stay silent throughout the session. I recommend that he finds another career if he has hard time dealing with kids professionally. I would stay away from this location as teacher substitution seemed common based on our experience and I certainly don't want others kids to put up with Michael and get traumatized.

Teacher Nicole is the best! She is so passionate about her job, she loves to teach kids swim. She always has great advice for our daughter on things to do and improve. It is very rare to find a teacher like Ms. Nicole. We are glad that we were able to find free slots for her class which is one of the most popular classes at Kings Swim Academy. I highly recommend to try her class out!
