I don't know where my life would be today if key autism services want in my life. I owe them the world and more. My family is forever grateful to key and their staff. It family was in disarray from when we found out about the ASD diagnosis for our youngest. We were referred to key and they held our hands and guided us compassionately and changed our lives for the good forever. God bless them.

I appreciate the collaboration Key has with my son's speech therapist as well as collaboration with us (mom & dad) with how to integrate some things at home. I appreciate Garrett, Britney and my son's BT's. He is very sensitive to change and the BT's were able to help create a safe space for him to adjust. He's improved so much

Our kids go to the key centers multiple times a week and they love it. I happen to like the centers to. Well decorated and designed. Staff are great. Kids are happy and parents are happy. What more to say.

In the enrollment process, they were very interested in learning about my child areas of delay as well as his strengths and enthusiastically discussed strategies that would be implemented to accommodate his needs while there. We are currently on the waiting list and feel hopeful that something will open up soon!

Key autism is wonderful. They work with me the parent and provide me with materials to better me which helps our children. Of course they are working with our child to buy there is a have emphasis to provide parenting support to. Very happy with them

During intake/initial assessment the communication was a bit slow. However, the individuals seem compassionate and supportive during that time. While my child was a client is when the true nature of this business shined through. There was 3 uncommunicated therapist changes for my child. The business would cancel sessions regularly stating lack of therapist coverage. I am a mom of 7 that works overnight and communicated that since the beginning. When the pick up time started becoming an issue I asked numerous times for schedule change or anything that could help. I was denied and even threatened with a call to CPS if I was late. The office staff lacks accountability and acts as if none of what they did occurred but I do have text message and email proof. I made the choice to leave. Would never recommend. Conyers Location
