My 6-year-old son absolutely loves going to class. The instructors are patient, kind, and great with kids, teaching focus, discipline, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. It’s been amazing to see my child grow, and I highly recommend this studio to any family!

We found Kang's Sunrise Taekwondo a year ago. I feel like we needed more discipline, confidence for our son. My husband has experience in Taekwondo as his younger sibling so we decided the same for our son. We were received with open arms and a big welcome.

Master Kang is very big on confidence, appreciation to our country, USA & South Korea. As well as appreciating the parents. He has worked with our son during this course of the year and we have felt a very strong and positive change. My son tries his best to meet expectations and exceeds. Master Kang applies the obedience and respect not only here at the studio but at home and school.

My son has done better in school, respectful and listens the first time something is asked of him. I appreciate all the work that Master Kang puts in every single student since not all are the same.

I recommend you bring your little ones to boost their self esteem and confidence in themselves.

Both of my kids attend this studio. It has probably been one of the best decisions I have ever made it relation to their development. When I first started bringing them it was probably more about something for them to do. But as they progressed, I started seeing parts of their lives drastically improve. Things such as respect, self discipline, self confidence, and helping others is a core value of this studio. and I see it in my kids.

Master Kang is the instructor and has watched my kids grow up. He is is a very good instructor, trainer, and friend. He treats all his students with respect, and parents love the way he works with the kids.

If you are thinking of bringing your child here, do not let price and time be a factor when it comes to your child’s development.

I have seen younger and older kids attend this studio and they are all better because of it.

Master Kang is firm but fair. He inspires the kids with praise and goals.

I grew up attending taekwondo classes as well as my sibling so I wanted my son to be active and learn discipline.

Master Kang asks for respect by showing respect. He meets the kids at their level. He works with them and really coaches them.

My son loves going to Taekwondo. I have zero complaints from him when it's time to go to his class.

I also enjoy watching how timid most kids are when they start as white belts and in just a few sessions, they are showing confidence and strength. It's brings me joy to see our kid, as well as, other children grow and learn and reach goals.

It has been almost 2 years since my son started with Master Kang. He has grown so much especially with following directions and listening the first time. The black belt club has really helped with keeping him focused and determined to get that black belt. Master Kang is amazing with all the students, and I love how the black belt students help the younger ones. This is a great program.

I am a student at this studio and joined about 2 years ago at age 30. I continue going and that is for a lot of reasons that I stay. For starters, Master Kang is a family man, and for a parent to be capable to teach his own children takes much patience, as well as the amount of discipline because, he has always lived and continues to breathe martial arts. For children, they can learn what Taekwondo can offer, which is not only the technique but, the change in their mental focus. For the adults, there is much more to offer such as learning 2 other styles while making your way to black belt and beyond once you get there. With more than 20 years experience and much combat experience, Master Kang has much to teach and has much insight on how to challenge your body and to shape it into a sharp tool. If you are curious, there is a trial, to try for yourself and for sure with the people there, including myself, we will do our best to help you understand each concept that Master Kang is able to teach

I called around a few spots to inquire because my 5 year old daughter was interested in this art. This place was friendly from the beginning not only to me but my daughter as well. Kelly was very kind and accommodating. My daughter feels safe and comfortable coming to these classes. Master Kang is amazing with the kids and so are his leadership trainers. My daughter is learning quickly and she loves it. Definitely recommend this place for kids.
