I recently had an appointment with Ms. Speak and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While she seems knowledgeable and skilled, I found the session was frequently interrupted by her phone and text messages, which made me feel my concerns weren’t getting the attention they deserved. This left me feeling dismissed and my concerns trivial.

I appreciate the insights she provided, but the lack of engagement and focus during our session led me to seek a different therapist who can offer a more attentive and supportive experience. I hope this feedback helps improve future sessions for others.

Judy rescheduled, showed up late, or just didn’t show up to every appointment we had. She also questioned my diagnosis given me by an actual psychiatrist. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend her at all. Her not showing up was on a day I felt suicidal. She caused me more pain than healing

Judy is very helpful and knows what she’s doing. Very experienced and smart and her background in the medical field is definitely a plus. I’ve seen in other comments about her cancelling last minute and this has happened to me before. But you have to realize psychologists deal with a range of patient stability and sometimes there is emergencies. She is the best psychologist I’ve seen and definitely makes time if you need it! I’d recommend her to everyone!

Judy is a bright, incisive woman; but she was on her phone texting and scrolling during almost every EMDR session I had with her, and she regularly called at the last minute to reschedule appointments. I was very physically ill during the months I worked with her, but because I did not yet have a diagnosis, she told me my health problems were in my head. Months later, the doctors found EBV, CMV, dysautonomia, mold toxicity, and parasites. Her ignorance and lack of professionalism made our sessions emotionally unsafe and ineffective. I stopped seeing her when the unprofessional patterns didn't change after six sessions.
