Signed our boys up to complement their judo skills. Since newaza has been given less attention lately in the world of judo. We thought it would be good for them to be well rounded fighters for tournaments and whatever life throws at them. Oldest has been raving about his improved ground game. Looking forward to seeing him get out of osaekomi much more quickly and effectively.

Coach Roland is a tremendous teacher and trainer. He works the class hard as the walls literally sweat from all the hard work. Love to see the boys let out all that pent up testosterone energy into something productive and useful. Classes are a bit crowded at the moment but they will be expanding the space soon. I’m sure they’ll outgrow that too real soon. The club is just that great!

We’re new-ish to Orting so it nice to have the boys meet new friends since they don’t attend the schools in town. So glad to have had the club open up in our little town.
