My experience around this person was recent, I observed her with a young family member during a home visit. I found her interactions with this 8 year inappropriate. Colorado laws state that a CFi should not attempt to speak to a minor child under the age of 12 with out permission from the parents, she never asked if it was OK to whisper in my nieces ear while she ate her dinner, which appeared to make her uncomfortable. Her areas of expertise do not mention having experience working with young children only woman and men so she doesn't seem to be qualified to work with children. Someone should look into this.

Joni Ericson is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is always down to earth, kind, honest, sincere, and helpful. I look forward to our meetings which is more than I can say about others.
