I had a complex knee fracture after a ski injury and came to see Paul for my rehab. At my first visit, I had just started walking and had lost nearly all of the strength in my leg. I had 5 sessions with Lindsay to address some serious knots in my shoulders, neck and base of my skull. She worked with me to help me understand the underlying causes and trained me on a wide set of exercises I now use to build up strength in those areas along with lifestyle changes to eliminate the sources of the knots in the first place! I really appreciated her listening, concern and encouragement that through some fairly simple effort on my part this frustrating pain can be resolved!
