I emailed these guys 12 days ago about how I don't have a Christmas. I'm mentally and physically disabled. I have no food, no presents, nothing for Christmas and they don't even care enough to email me back. They don't care about people. They only care about the ones they choose. They dictate who they help and who they don't help. They can't help the world, especially people like myself. They don't give a s*** like about me

They only serve the wealthy areas of Palm Beach county, such as Boca Raton, Delray Beach and highland Beach. Volunteers that live outside the above mentioned wealthy areas are not provided any assistance if they become sick and possibly even need a food delivery. You will be told, NOPE because you do not live in the above mentioned wealthy communities.

A bunch of people patting themselves on the back for being kind is a joke they share among themselves. Just another way to hide money from the tax man.

Clean facilities in great selection of free food for the needy online expedited check-in and it's amazing how organized this place is I would give it a number one and I just moved to this area code. Bonus points because the people in the food bank area are very kind.

Hello.. I'm not sure how many stars to give, as of yet. I had gotten wonderful help by a young lady from Metro caring, through a program through JFS. She came to my place ( at the time) to go over everything with me to get me on SSI. And she did! Thank you. But, this was a program with Metro caring. I was told was a program. So, I have gotten help from the food bank. I love the kind Lady that walked me through, showing me all the different things they had going on at the time. But, when I was in dire straights and showed up to the front door? Oh Boy! Twas like 2 different places?!! First, the lady's refused to let me in? I was very nice until I was treated so rudely then I became very nervous that I wasn't quite sure what to say next, because I felt so degraded so uncomfortable. The lady there? Told me to call the number, as i stood outside, only to be told " I don't understand what you need?" Well, because i was so nervous, having a panic attack, 1st of all because i didn't understand why i had to call, as i stood outside the door? So i couldn't get my words out properly..I was trying to avoid eviction. My manager wanted me to stay as she knew we were very good. But, I couldn't get help. And a few months later, I helped a friend get into 1 of your properties on St. Paul St. In Cherry Creek Go from her condo- a cute little place & even helped her with free movers! Exactly a month later. As I was homeless in the streets.

I haven't always experienced everything perfect with JFS but I've never regretted signing up with them after a misunderstanding with family left me alone at home to recover from major surgery. They help me in so many ways, it's remarkable what a difference they have made for me.
