Thought LEOs in wisconsin were above profiling. At least that's what I was taught in an academy. Shine your brights on me and then turn around to look for something I'm doing wrong. I dont even speed. Never seen anyone get pulled for tailgating or speeding around here. Youd think all these southerners were born in illinois, but you have to come chase after me. I passed a background investigation. Several. No record at all. Do better.
