I have been told to not come back because I did not went to give my personal card information ? I am not residing in Basalt and I just paid with my card a full week pass 95$ for the week. They wanted to have my full credit card information even if I told them that I was planning to join just for a week.
Totally not right. My treadmill was stopping every 10 min.
They had no towel available. The manager was not available.
Too bad because this gym looks great. Very bad management.

Be extremely cautious with this gym. I purchased a 6-month contract and paid for the first and last month upfront. However, at the end of the 6-month period, they continued charging my credit card. When I reached out to inquire, I was told it was because I hadn't provided a 30-day notice. Keep in mind, it was a 6-month contract, not a month-to-month agreement. Additionally, when contacting their billing department, I was met with an unhelpful attitude, as if I were the one at fault.

Be careful, they are scammers! They make you pay the first and last month when you join, with a 6-month contract. When you want to stop training with them, after the 6th month that has already been paid for, they charge you an extra month. I paid for 7 months and trained for 6. How is this possible? I consulted two months before with two different people at reception and neither of them knew how it works, I have only listened to the little they were able to explain to me and they gave me wrong information since they ended up charging me however they wanted. Oh, and the water filter is always dirty, better bring one from home because they never change it.

They scam people, they charge them extra for months, the water filters for drinking water are always red, in summer they never turn on the air conditioning.

This is a beautiful gym. But I’m very disappointed in how it is run. I am ending my membership (10 month). It is a beautiful building, and has the potential to be a great gym. Branding is good and the location is great. A few things though, have made this very expensive gym just not worth it to me personally. Things like having toilet paper in the mens bathroom, and paper towels to wash your hands are the bare minimum for such a “premium gym”. Unfortunately not this one. The matchines are mis-marked. The posted weights are not accurate. (Unless I’ve somehow summoned the power to lift huge amounts with one arm 😂) some machines are even tagged incorrectly. 5,10,15,25,20,30… (I have images if anyone is that invested) not what one would expect. At least I didn’t. They offer towels but they are faded from over use of bleach. On the bright side, the staff is excellent, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I will be making the drive further down valley form now on. I can’t stress how important it is to mark the machines properly.

There is a 6 month minimum contract…

Tldr - Horribly mis-stocked gym for its clientele, an annoying owner, and impossibly busy in afternoons.

Pros:
- convenient location in willits. New equipment.

Cons:
- terribly understocked for freeweights and freeweight space and overstocked on unused machines. Theres 1 barbell bench and 1 squat rack but theres 6 different hamstring machines. Meanwhile a significant portion of clientele prefer the freeweights so if you want them youre constantly waiting or forced to change your routine.
- Owner stops people from deadlifting or putting any weights on the ground unless you put 6” thick pads under the weights because he says you’ll ruin the gym floor. Making a normal deadlift range of motion impossible (Who builds a gym with a floor that cant handle weights?)
- Every afternoon a swarm of local highschool kids takes over the gym (10-20 roughly) making it always impossible to hit the exercises you want
- Only 1 set of good cable machines, 2 more pointless freemotion cable machines that make no sense in any normal workout.
- The squat rack doesnt even have a weight rack next to it, you have to go scavenge from other machines across the gym.
- Bathroom is understocked/undermaintained for such a pricey gym
- Gym towels look theyve been around for years of use and abuse and 1000s of wash cycles

Great staff, very clean. Nicest gym I’ve ever belonged to. Good equipment, nice locker room, open floor spaces, mat area. Well stocked with equipment and free weights, very diverse equipment.

Too many machines that are hardly ever used. And you have to physicall log in twice to be able to work out. It does not appear that the owner cares. Too much cosmetics and not enough substance.
