I just bought a pony from Jeanette. I have say it was worth the two plus hr drive.Jeanette and Fallen helped me .They were both very knowledgeable and honest. I looked at four ponies and ended up with a very sweet and well trained little cutie for my grand kids. I would defiantly recommend Jeanette to help find your next horse.

My husband and I had zero experience with horses, but we booked a horse riding excursion for an upcoming vacation. We wanted some experience before we went, and Jeanette was recommended by a friend so we reached out to her. Very friendly and flexible with dates and times. I have been doing business with Jeanette Aranaut from Lightning Stables since I returned back to Ca 7 yrs. ago. I have always found her to be a true and honest person and works hard to find the perfect horse within budget.

Her horsemanship and love for horses is evident. I have personally witnessed her go without so her horses could have what they need.

Jeanette takes her responsibility of the horses very seriously. This trait carries over to the children she teaches placing safety first.

Always putting others (both 2 and 4 legged) before herself; continues to inspire and provide a refreshing personality to the industry.

I have not take lesson from Jeanette but I did recently buy a horse for her and she was great. She listened to what we need/ wanted and only pick horse that would fit with are family. She was very kind and was upfront about any issues that a horse may have, Never avoided a question. When the 10 year was riding the horse she was happy to give a minnie lesson to help the little girl with the horse. We are in love with the horse that she chose for us. He is everything we could have wished for. I would highly recommend her if you are buying a horse. She will be upfront and honest and will not sell you a horse that you are not ready for. I wish more people where like her when it comes to selling horses.

I purchased a horse from Jeanette that she was selling for a third party. Every question I asked about the horse was truthfully answered and everything Jeanette said about the horse was 100% accurate. I have had this horse for two years and every time I ride I say to myself Jeanette described this horse to a T- and he is a wonderful horse- can't say enough good about Jeanette, her ethics, and her sales practices.

I recently had an excellent experience buying a horse for a lesson program from Jeanette. She was easy to schedule with, ready to show the horses she had for sale, and most important, genuinely interested in facilitating a good fit. She was open, friendly, and honest and told us everything she knew about the horse, including a vice.

The horse himself is a GEM. He has fit easily into our program and we LOVE HIM. We feel very fortunate to have him and to have run across Jeanette in our horse shopping adventures.

Jeanette and I have worked together for 6 years placing rescue horses and ponies. Jeanette has an excellent training program based on solid horsemanship, no gimmicks, gadgets or quick fixes. She turns out a safe, solid riding horse or pony from leadline to A rated show horse. Her students always do well and genuinely love riding.
Jeannette takes excellent care of her animals and is one of the most honest trainers I have dealt with. And more importantly she teaches her students proper horsemanship.
