I´m writing a review on behalf of my mother. She has been seeing the amazing Erica McIntosh. She is a magician. Whatever she is doing is pure magic and made a tremendous difference for my mothers therapy. She is very caring, compassionate, very understanding and speaks as if she knows you for many years. Very personable and that one person who you just want to speak for hours. We are so grateful that we were referred to this practice. Our family highly recommends Ms. Erica. Thank you again for everything you do. We appreciate you !!!

No one got back to me to schedule an initial appointment. Initially, a Health Advocate representative who was assisting me spoke to someone and was told that they would contact me. After not being contacted, I decided to call and got an answering machine; I left a voicemail with my contact information and again they did not contact me. In my opinion, this is just terrible customer service.

I've been seeing Lacena for 3 years. She's absolutely amazing! She has helped me through so much! She is an amazing listener! She really has put things in perspective for me. I've come so far since I've started seeing her! You really feel like she cares for you and your well-being.

Therapist didn't show and no one answered the office line or called back. Also, the receptionist at first tried to set me up with someone who in their bio on the company website said they use bible verses as therapy. This was after I requested an LGBT/queer friendly therapist. Super unprofessional and not LGBTQ+ friendly as advertised. Wasted my time filling out several pages of forms yesterday and today waiting to see someone for 40 minutes passed appointment time. Don't waste your time too!

LaCena Jones is a wonderful counselor. I feel like she genuinely cares about my struggles and comes up with simple, yet effective exercises to help me overcome them. She is understanding and non-judgmental, which is so important when looking for a good counselor or therapist. I leave each session feeling like I truly learned something, whether it's about myself or a tool which I can use in my day-to-day. She does an excellent job at thinking outside the box and I find myself having many "aha" moments throughout our sessions. I am also more aware and hopeful since starting therapy and have LaCena to thank for it. Booking a session is simple and their online portal is very user friendly. If you feel like you are struggling in any aspect of your life, I highly recommend LaCena and her practice.
