I went to Jackson Hewitt today after booking my appointment online. The gentleman who did my taxes was very professional and knowledgable on the tax laws. I was completely impressed with every part of this office. I would give them 10 stars if I could. It was a seamless process that made it simple and fast to get a tax advance loan and get my taxes done. I left there with my advance on a card in my hand and a copy of my completed taxes.. This was my first time using Jackson Hewitt and I would highly recommend them.

I’d like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that having your taxes prepared by this company is a very worthless and a very bad experience my family has had with a tax professional. I’m sure not everyone experiences this but it’s my opinion.

My son is still waiting for his refund from 2022. He is basically being blamed that he didn’t file the form requested by the IRS as instructed. He doesn’t know what the form is or what it is regarding. Jackson Hewitt knew the next day the IRS had a problem but didn’t bother to notify my son. Plus Jackson Hewitt wants to know he waited until the last minute to file his taxes. I thought it doesn’t matter when you do it as long as it’s done by 4/15.

For the amount of money he paid for his taxes this company is taking no responsibility in helping him figure this out. All of the things we found out about his filing is ridiculous and we’ve never been treated so badly by anyone else. My son is still trying to figure this out with very little concern from Jackson Hewitt.

Wanted to charge me over $795 to file my return . Tax preparer was not able to do anything she had to keep calling for help . Took more than 2 hrs waste of time . Had to be rescheduled 3 times since they kept over booking me horrible place went to hr block and was in and out fast with a few of $120

I brought in my old tax return and they kept me in the same price range. Amanda got me more money back than the lady said she could at H&R Block. Very clean and neat office with professional staff. I will be back again.

Everyone at this location were very helpful!! Answered every question, returned calls also super nice! Very clean and peaceful place, felt very comfortable with staff. Highly recommend this location.
