This is a very irresponsible business where Ms. Izzo brings on a ton of new therapists and doesn't supervise them. They have no respect for people's time and are ineffective. I will be reporting my experience to the San Mateo County Health Plan as they are the last place a person seeking therapy should go.

My therapist Mariana Tiwari abandoned me after 8 months for no reason. All because of her unethical behavior that's a reason to abandon a client? Now I have no one to see.

8 months of investing time into someone down the drain because of her.

She touched my hair twice after a hug during 2 random appointments which is controlling & unethical behavior.

Their Associate Therapist was toying and experimenting on our family and I had to suffer and pay for it, and I still am.

In the six months in therapy, she divided our family more and more until we could not even comfortably talk to one another despite me heeding her to stop her “therapy” theory.

She would encourage my mother, who had never been in therapy, to do drastic things behind my back like: go to court and get a restraining order out on her son caretaking her, though I was the one who initiated family therapy sessions with my insurance.

Because of her, and this company, I would never persue family therapy again, her recklessness damn near ended my life and wellbeing. Just another “therapy” product sold to make us sick so we come back to line their pockets and it shouldn’t be like that.

I just rely on basic humanity now and hope for the best! But these therapists keeping making people as sick as they are really! Who’d a thunk

I see Sohavani for marriage therapy. She has helped us both grow together as individuals and is super caring. She is a genuinely amazing therapist, and I am so thankful we found her

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
The last therapist I had told me I "could've had it worse" which was the catalyst to me giving up on mental health and therapy as a whole.
Their phone line doesn't get you anyone, it leads you to a voice-mail.
