Great company. Mr. Blackman takes pride in every offering IST provides and has a very hands on approach to managing the business he has owned for decades. You will not find a more genuine CEO/Founder, nor one with a bigger heart.

As for the services provided, the company is amazing and continues to expand and create better offerings to remain a leader in the market.

If I can give them a MINUS STAR I WOULD. I was happy working for Xerox, but they lost the contract and One of the stipulations for IST to get that contract was to hire the workers at the site, which they did. My Mother is suffering from COPD and and early onset dementia , she has a nurse aide that takes care of her during the day and I watch her during the evening. Xerox worked with me and allowed me to come in late and fullfil my hours by staying later, they understood my situation and supported me during my struggles. Even the client knew of my situation and supported me.
IST was aware about my situation and the manager gave me information about FMLA but the day they handed me that information was at a Write Up Meeting, and I was told "they needed to have this write up in your file for our protection. Meanwhile, my mother was getting worse and when the FMLA I turned into HR was approved close to 2 weeks later I was terminated, even the client was appalled by that move. IST even tried to deny my Unemployment but failed. On their website there is a section that reads that they assist every employee with life changing situations, I truly think that should be deleted. And their motto should be changed from:
"IST the company with passion" to The Company Without Compassion "

The people there are very friendly and caring. When it comes to the work they do, I feel like they take everything very seriously to make sure the job is done correctly. I’m very happy to be part of this company. I have I’d brain surgery and they understand. My manager Frank Ortiz is fantastic and very professional. He goes out of his way to make sure I am ok at work, and he is willing to work with me if I’m having a bad day when my brain isn’t at 100%. Almost every other company I’ve worked for look for a reason to fire me or put me in a very uncomfortable position to the point where I want to quit because they simply don’t care. IST Management is a fantastic company and I am very blessed to have found a company who cares about their employees.

If you’re gonna apply here prepare yourself to work in an incredibly bleak environment with some of the most nauseating people ever.

Wow! I rode by a construction site on Moreland Avenue today and saw signs that read, "Future Home of IST Management Services". The building looks very impressive so far, so I thought I'd go online to see what kind of company it is. I hope this isn't the company name I saw on the signs because it'd be a shame to have such beautiful offices, but unprofessional people housed in them! The reviews are atrocious! I'd take it with a grain of salt if I didn't see so many negative ones. The reviews that say it's a great place to work, don't go into detail as to why and cause me to wonder how authentic they are. Hmmmm.....

When a company needs to promote its brand new building (with a cafe!) just to get applicants you know something is systemically wrong. IF you do apply, be prepared for a lesson in futility.

My law firm suggested we use IST to investigate the computer devices of the person I was involved with in a lawsuit. Amazingly Ryan Horton searched 8 different devices and found all the evidence we needed to win our case! Judgement against the defendant resulted in a 201k jury win for me. Without this crucial evidence, we would never have won! When it comes to IT search, don't skimp, it can make all the difference!
