Absolutely love this gym!! Can’t say enough praises. It is quiet, clean and friendly. My teen son wanted a membership for Christmas a few years ago and now the gym has become a second home. What a wonderful place for our small community. I love that you have three locations to choose from.

I love this gym!! It’s always clean, the machines always work as they should and staff is extremely helpful and kind. It definitely doesn’t have your typical gym vibe, and I love that we have 24 hour access. Scott and Kristin really make this place run seamlessly and are great about answering any questions I’ve had.

I don't know what I would do without these gyms in our area! They are very professional, and are actually even more like friends now. Kristin is an expert in the field of fitness training, she lives what she preaches too! She and Scott do an amazing job of keeping the locations user friendly, clean, and having the best equipment that's attainable. I LOVE the culture at Ironworks!

Awesome gym, and incredibly caring and kind staff. Please ignore the one star review, it’s absolutely not true. I regularly workout at the Ironworks gym in Georgetown. The facility is clean and nicely maintained. They have all of the high end equipment you would find off the hill at large gyms. The trainers are awesome, especially Kristin aka Red. Scott the owner is kind and encouraging. I can’t think of a better gym to join than Ironworks!

The gym and staff are highly unprofessional and unethical. The staff regularly post harassing and threatening signs in the gym, such as " If you take towels home, we will kill you" and " Keep your suggestions outside," with another sign on the trash can, in the facility, that reads "Suggestions," just a couple of examples of many. Most businesses welcome suggestions and feedback to help improve their patrons experience. I don't know what started the suggestion issue, however, the fact that the gym is not only not open to suggestions, but hostile about it speaks loudly to their unprofessionalism and poor customer/ public relations.
Like most people, I go to the gym to unwind and have an enjoyable experience, without the stress of feeling that I am walking into a war zone between a staff member and a couple if gym members.
When new members ask for an orientation to familiarize themselves with the facility, staff and equipment, they are told to hire a personal trainer for that purpose. When people cannot access a gym, via the electronic key pad, and contact the owner, they are treated like idiots and told they need to enter the right code, when more often than not, it is due to the faulty key pad. The gyms are also rarely staffed.
There is a female personal trainer, at the Cool gym who is very flirtatious and helpful with male members, but ignores female members, unless they are willing to hire her as a personal trainer and even then, she spends most of her time texting on her phone, when she is with the client. This same staff member is also responsible for some if the above mentioned inappropriate signs in the gym.
During the COVID outbreak, the Iron Works gym remained open, allowing access to members and charging them, through automatic withdrawal, even if they didn't use the gym, during this time. This was in direct violation of State and Federal mandates and health codes. Other gyms were forced to close, during this time or face violation citations and fines.
The owner and staff may feel they can treat gym members so badly, maintain such poor customer/ public relations and conduct business in such an unprofessional, unethical and illegal manner because they almost have a Monopoly on gyms in the area, however, there is another gym in Cool and I ,for one, am willing to drive a distance to go to a gym whose staff are courteous, professional, helpful and caring. There is also the option of filing complaints with regulatory agencies and filing law suits.

Great little gym, has all the free weights you need and some good cardio equipment. No showers which is a bit of a bummer, but that is most likely a reflection of the very reasonable monthly fee.
