I'm loving this gym and the 24/7 access. I have only been a couple times so far, but it has been great to go workout when it's most convenient for me. The gym community has been great, too! It seems like everyone respects each others space while also keeping a positive atmosphere for one to be comfortable to reach that full grind. Highly recommend if you're looking for that hometown chill gym vibe!

Iron Born Strength has been my staple for 2 years now and no other gym has come close to the equipment that is available or the amazing environment you feel as soon as you walk through the door! Excellent Gym! It has a great atmosphere and you just get that feeling that you can achieve your goals here as soon as you walk in the door. I live in Grass Valley so there are other gyms closer to me but nothing like Ironborn Strength. It has the perfect mix of bodybuilding machines, powerlifting equipment and strongman implements that make it well worth the trip. I look forward to many great workouts here.

This gym is awesome! Ron is great guy and if he misses your call he gets back to you quick! A friend of mine told me to check the gym out and I’m glad I did. I drove 45 mins to check it out and it was well worth the drive. Lots of machines for power lifters/bodybuilders and for people if they just want to stay in shape with a healthy lifestyle. All are welcome at this gym! Setup process was super easy and simple and Ron guides you through the process step by step. Ron us a very good communicator and answered all my questions right away. Go check out ironborn strength you won’t regret it!

One of the last REAL gyms for QUALITY GAINS you will find in the area! Has practically everything you would need to develop yourself into an absolute BEAST! Ron really cares about his members and is very easy to communicate with, could not recommend this gym highly enough to individuals looking to gain real strength and power. So many different strength toys and equipment to play with here you will never get bored and can always find a new way to challenge your body!

I am one of those who walk in a gym and I am not lost and not comfortable. Ron and Brenda have made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Love the Hell on Heels classes with Brenda and they are always willing to help and make sure you are doing it right. No BS gym is what I call It. IF you want a work out this is a great place to go. My son loves going to this place to just get his workout in and that is it. From just working out to the Hell on Heels classes to affordable personal training if you want it. I love it.

First off, if I could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would in a heartbeat!!! This is quite the review but trust me, it’s worth the time and read =] I was introduced to Ironborn Strength gym a few years back through the Hell On Heels morning class that was held there at the time, I continued to power through as a gym member up until life hit & knocked me down pretty hard back in 2018 =( Unfortunately I suddenly lost my boyfriend Of 5 years in an unexpected death and it completely crushed me & darkened my world for quite some time <\3 Not only did I get the comfort & condolences of the Ironborn family during that time but Ron the owner was completely understanding of letting me hold my membership until I was ready to come back. In the meantime of healing and trying to find my strength again I got around to working out again at another local spot and came to realize even though it felt great to get myself physically active again, it still wasn’t the right setting for me, I dealt with social anxiety for quite some time and couldn’t enjoy my workouts without suddenly going into a panic or anxiety attack being surrounded by sooo many people! Again I put working out on hold again and went back to my battles of medications & just not feeling ME again. Long story short I am now back to what I call Home <3 Ironborn is the absolute perfect setting for me, I absolutely LOVE the garage grunge feel ;) & it’s never crowded over 10 people at a time, there’s usually only a few others there during my early morning workouts & I can finally feel like I can breathe & workout in peace again! There’s all the equipment you need and can possibly think of, this place just truly puts you in your Feel good zone! On another positive note I’ve completely been off ALL MEDICATIONS now =] and strictly using the natural ways of boosting those happy endorphins with getting my Ironborn workout on! Some call me Strong because of what I’ve been through, but I don’t wanna just be Strong, this girl wants to forever be Ironborn Strong ; ). I couldn’t feel this way without it! Thank you for running such an awesome and amazing gym Ron! This is by far the absolute BEST I’ve felt in the last two years of rebuilding myself! I Wouldn’t be or feel this way without you Ironborn!!! Again Thank You for bringing me back to life again! <3

This is one of the better rocky style gyms I have been to. It really pushes you to be better and the people are all pretty cool, and the owner is very quick to respond. They have equipment I have never seen before which makes it fun to try different types of workouts. Check it out if you are the area.
