Cody is a great counselor! I am somewhat of a "tell me something I don't already know" kind of guy. In addition, I am eager to learn new skills that will help make me a better person. Cody's approach reminds me of the book series, "Eat this, not that!" only it's "DO this, not THAT!" I came away from counseling with Cody with a definable set of new tools that I could apply. I never felt like I just sat and talked about "stuff" without having any tangible path to doing something DIFFERENT and POSITIVE. I also loved the "Take Control of Your Anger" textbook which I am sure I will recommend to others in the future.
